MIA™
Capacity to absorb any change right now. Read separately for each group, because a group that owns governance and a group whose daily work is being rewritten do not sit in the same place.
Risk: Governance
The strongest group in the workspace is the one raising the hardest question in it.
Independence clearance for the delivery centre was delivered on time and ahead of first transfer. This function has also been flagging upward since March that independence rules restrict what can be sold to an audit client, which constrains the cross-sell line of the thesis. That finding sits on Return on Intention. Capacity here is not the issue and never has been.
Composite 72.3, which is BUILD. The spread is three points, so no single dimension governs capacity here.
1 action open for this group →Changes are against the previous reading for this group.
14 July 2026, Close plus one eighty, composite 72.3+2.3
15 April 2026, Close plus ninety, composite 70−1
Two points off Motivation and one off Attention through a busy season and a methodology change. Sitting precisely on 70.0 is a useful moment to look at, because the number that decides the label and the number that would govern capacity are answering different questions and neither is close to alarming.

21 November 2025, Pre-deal read, composite 71
Eighteen people in a function with clear standards, a documented remit and stable leadership. There is nothing to fix here, and an instrument that manufactured a constraint for this group would be worth less on every other group.
Answered as a culture and engagement read commissioned by the managing partner.
THE RULES
The lowest of the three dimensions governs capacity. The composite never overrides it.
The composite drives the Momentum Decision at 70 and 50. A dimension is never described as above or below a Momentum Decision threshold.
A spread of four or less across the three dimensions reads as no single constraint, because the data does not support naming one.
A trend needs two readings.
No Momentum Decision is published on a pre-close reading.
