A healthy trajectory on capacity, and it is worth reading alongside the embodiment page rather than on its own. This group has the capacity to absorb the change and has not absorbed it. Those are two different questions and this reading answers only the first.

Partners within four years of retirement read materially higher on Motivation than partners admitted since 2022. The aggregate hides both positions. Intention governs because the group could state what the transaction was and not what originating work looks like under new ownership.
These twenty-six people were signatories. The instrument named the transaction, named the lock-up terms then under negotiation, and asked about them directly. Nobody in this group answered a question they did not understand the purpose of.

The lowest of the three dimensions governs capacity. The composite never overrides it.
