Capacity to absorb any change right now. Read separately for each group, because a group that owns governance and a group whose daily work is being rewritten do not sit in the same place.
Firm Operations: The function being migrated
One signed document, one cycle, twenty-six points of Intention.
The Retained Work Schedule was signed by Priya Raghunathan on 8 May and named what stays in Boston, what moves to Charlotte and what moves to Cebu. Intention was the dimension it addressed and Intention is the dimension that moved, from 38 to 64, now the strongest of the three. Motivation and Attention followed part of the way. Late still worked, and the four months are visible as the distance between this row and the one above it.
Composite 57.3, which is PROTECT. Attention at 52 is the lowest of the three and governs capacity.

14 July 2026, Close plus one eighty, composite 57.3+19
15 April 2026, Close plus ninety, composite 38.3−19.4
Accounts payable cut over on 9 March, month-end close ran across two ledgers through the busy season, and nobody had said which jobs survive. Nineteen points off Motivation, seventeen off Intention, twenty-five off Attention. The schedule that would have answered this was four months late at this point.
Pre-close reading. No Momentum Decision is published.
21 November 2025, Pre-deal read, composite 57.7
A function running two general ledgers, a legacy billing system and eleven undocumented processes, in a firm exploring a sale. The pre-close recommendation was to issue a written schedule naming what stays and what moves, dated for 15 January. It arrived on 8 May.
Answered as a culture and engagement read commissioned by the managing partner. This group had the most at stake in a transaction it did not know about, which is the reason the disclosure level is stated on this page rather than assumed.
THE RULES
The lowest of the three dimensions governs capacity. The composite never overrides it.
The composite drives the Momentum Decision at 70 and 50. A dimension is never described as above or below a Momentum Decision threshold.
A spread of four or less across the three dimensions reads as no single constraint, because the data does not support naming one.
A trend needs two readings.
No Momentum Decision is published on a pre-close reading.
